Key Information
The Conference Programme Committee is calling for abstract submissions. To present your research at the conference your abstract must first pass a double-blind peer review. Upon payment of registration fees, your attendance at the conference will be confirmed. Submit well before the submission deadline in order to benefit from Early Bird or Advanced Registration rates.
- Conference dates: 15th – 16th August, 2025
- Abstract acceptance: 27th February – 15th June, 2025
- Abstract submission deadline: 15th June, 2025
- Abstract acceptance notification: 1st July, 2025
- Early birds registration: 10th July , 2025
- Deadline registration for presenters: 25th July , 2025

Submit your abstract by sending them directly to:
icaios.conference@acehresearch.org
Email subject must begin with “[ABSTRACT]” followed by author’s name, attached file should be in PDF format.
- All abstracts should be submitted in English
- All abstracts need to follow the format in this Abstract Template.
- Please note that you may submit only one abstract as the primary author/presenter. However, you may be co-author of other abstracts.
- Abstracts will be selected after evaluation by the ICAIOS Academic Community
- Acceptance of the abstract is subject to the decision of the organizers, who reserve the right to accept or reject the abstract.
