Publication Opportunity

The 10th International Conference on Aceh and Indian Ocean Studies (ICAIOS X) is proud to collaborate with several esteemed academic journals to provide select participants with opportunities for post-conference publication.

While participation in the conference does not guarantee publication, authors whose abstracts and presentations demonstrate strong potential may be invited to submit full papers for consideration in one of our partner journals.

Publication Process

Post-Conference Full Paper Submission

The submission window for full papers will open after the conference concludes. You will receive an invitation email for full paper submission.

Invitation to Submit

If your abstract is assessed as having high academic potential and aligns well with the scope of one of our partner journals, the conference committee will formally invite you to submit a full paper.This invitation is optional, and authors may choose whether to proceed.

Journal Selection

Invited authors will be directed to the journal most relevant to their topic, based on editorial review by the committee.

Follow Standard Journal Process

After submitting your full paper, you will enter the normal editorial and peer review process as determined by the selected journal. This includes possible revisions, blind reviews, and formatting checks.

Final Decision

Successful publication is not guaranteed. It will depend entirely on:

  • The quality of your full paper
  • The review outcomes
  • The final decision of the journal’s editorial board

Publication Fees

All journal submissions are subject to additional publication fees, determined by the individual policies of each journal. Authors will be informed of the exact fee upon receiving an invitation to submit.
